Hi, I’m Colleen Dawkins.

I have over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nurse Practitioner. I am also a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management.

Maybe you have tried to manage or prevent a health condition, lose weight, or optimize your health. Maybe you haven’t, but you’d like to.

If you want to work on health goals in a space free of judgment and pressure, this is the place for you. We can partner together to pinpoint your goals and plot a path forward to realizing those goals. I am not interested in telling you what your goals need to be; however, I can listen to your story and give you guidance. I can show you ways to add tools to your toolbox using lifestyle changes, monitoring, and, if appropriate, medication.
